WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS INCLUDE?

• Your experience starts with a focused consultation with our lead photographer, Sarah. Together, you’ll quickly pin down:
  – What you want to achieve
  – Your brand style and aesthetic
  – The story, personality and vision behind your work

• From there, Sarah builds a creative direction that’s completely bespoke. Think: you at a rustic table with a pastel backdrop, a clean editorial setup with curated wardrobe guidance, or an outdoor lifestyle look in your favourite spot. Every choice is intentional — every detail designed to create images that feel unmistakably you.

• Shoot Time:  Depends on your needs - but could be 4 - 8 hours. 

​

• Depending on your package, you’ll receive 5–50 lightly retouched images, crafted with care — flyaways tidied, tones refined, minor blemishes softened, and colours styled to match your brand. This may include portraits of you, product details, your workspace, highlights of your surroundings… even the office dog if they’re part of the story.

• You’ll also get:
  – Photographer support during image selection after the shoot
  – Travel as outlined in our T&Cs
  – Image Usage depends on your needs (see T&Cs for details, but this may alter for this service)

• Make It Count – The Details Matter
  We bring in professional hair and makeup artists on request — because the finishing touches truly elevate your portrait. Our artists are seasoned professionals with experience on high-profile editorial shoots and major commercial campaigns. They know how to bring out your best while keeping you looking like you.

• Personal stylists can be arranged at an additional cost.

​

• All standard gear and basic backdrops are included in your session. If special props or custom backdrops are needed, we’ll chat about that during your consultation and quote accordingly.

​

• Lifestyle studios or on-location shoots may come with additional costs, depending on the space, location and shoot plan. ​

​

• It is a process! We are skilled at suggesting ideas that save money and help reduce complicated logistics.​

​

• In some cases, Sarah may also need to bring an assistant to help things run smoothly—especially for more complex setups or location shoots. Assistants are worth their weight in gold and help make the shoot experience seamless.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Once we’ve discussed the creative direction, we’ll plan the logistics — including pre viewing a location if needed, lighting needs, and any special space requirements (e.g. generous natural light or high ceilings). Everything is designed to help you feel confident, relaxed, and completely in your element.
