WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS INCLUDE?

• You'll begin with a personalised consultation with our lead photographer Sarah, where you’ll discuss:
  – Your needs and goals
  – Your brand aesthetic
  – The essence and vision behind your work

• From there, Sarah will craft a creative direction tailored specifically to you. Whether it's capturing you at a rustic table with a cup of tea against a pastel backdrop, or creating a clean editorial feel through careful wardrobe guidance and minimal set design — every detail is considered to create portraits that feel uniquely you. Some clients prefer an outdoor look.

• Shoot time inc set up/pack down - usually this is about half a day - 4 hours.

• You’ll receive 3–5 lightly retouched images, with attention to the finer details — like smoothing flyaway hairs, softening minor blemishes, and ensuring tones and colours align seamlessly with your brand.

• Photographer Liaison regarding image selection post shoot.

• Photographer travel in accordance with T+C's.

• Image Usage Fee is included in the price. ( See T+C's below for more information).

• Make It Count – The Details Matter
  We bring in professional hair and makeup artists on request — because the finishing touches truly elevate your portrait. Our artists are seasoned professionals with experience on high-profile editorial shoots and major commercial campaigns. They know how to bring out your best while keeping you looking like you.

• Personal stylists can be arranged at an additional cost.

​

• All standard gear and basic backdrops are included in your session. If special props or custom backdrops are needed, we’ll chat about that during your consultation and quote accordingly.

​

• Lifestyle studios or on-location shoots may come with additional costs, depending on the space, location and shoot plan. ​

​

• It is a process! We are skilled at suggesting ideas that save money and help reduce complicated logistics.​

​

• In some cases, Sarah may also need to bring an assistant to help things run smoothly—especially for more complex setups or location shoots. Assistants are worth their weight in gold and help make the shoot experience seamless.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Once we’ve discussed the creative direction, we’ll plan the logistics — including pre viewing a location if needed, lighting needs, and any special space requirements (e.g. generous natural light or high ceilings). Everything is designed to help you feel confident, relaxed, and completely in your element.
